I am a vocalist and music educator. I have a BA of Performance and Music Education at Bethel College and a MS of Educational Technology at Walden University. I have taught elementary music for 23 years.
I love to sing and enjoy performing with my church choir.
I live in Edwardsburg with my husband and two daughters. My husband, Mr. Gruver is also an elementary music teacher. He teaches in Niles. He also is a skilled trumpet player. He plays in a local professional group called the Symphony Quintet. My oldest, Marie is a junior at Hollins University. She now lives in Virginia, 11 hours away. I'm so proud of her achievements. My youngest, Aubrey is in 12th grade; at Edwardsburg High School. Aubrey is in Varsity Chorale, Band and performs in the school's plays and musicals. She is also an honors student. I am so proud of her. We are a musical family.
We have a little cat named Penny and a dog named Charlie.
I am so happy to teach you music at Edwardsburg.
